The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has decided the Nobel Prize in Physics was divided into three people. One-half awarded to David J. Thouless (University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA) and another half to J. Michael Kosterlitz (Brown University, Providence, RI, USA) and F. Duncan M. Haldane, (Princeton University, NJ, USA).
They received the award for “theoretical discoveries of topological phase transitions and topological phases of matter.”

The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has decided the Nobel Prize in Physics is divided into three people. Jean-Pierre Sauvage, (University of Strasbourg, France) Bernard L. Feringa ( the University of Groningen, the Netherlands) and Sir J. Fraser Stoddart (Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, USA).

Nobel Prize in Medicine or Physiology 2016
The Nobel Assembly at Karolinska Institutet has decided the Nobel Prize in Physics to Yoshinori Ohsumi, a cell biologist at the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
They received the award “for his discoveries of the mechanisms for autophagy”.
Autophagy is the process of cells capture large dysfunctional proteins, aging organelles, and the invading pathogens in vesicles and then send it to the lysosome for the degradation and Without autophagy our cells won’t survive.
Nobel Peace Prize 2016
The Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Colombia President Juan Manuel Santos, On October 7, 2016.
